The following graphs were created using grain price data, released monthly, by OrganicBiz. All prices are in Canadian dollars. When the grain price data indicated a range of prices (ex. $12.00-$13.00 for hard red wheat in March 2020), the mean number was used.
Graphs include oats, wheat, barley, flax, mustard, hemp, peas, and lentils. Data is currently being collected for soybeans, feed corn, rye, beans, and chickpeas and will be added once there is sufficient data.
