 ons designed to help producers and processors understand what it takes to 
 become certified organic.\n\nStop in on your way to Agri-Trade in Red Deer
  for an opportunity to get your organic questions answered by people who u
 nderstand the certification process\, production requirements and organic 
 marketplace.\n\nBoth days will include an orientation to the newly revised
  Canadian Organic Standard\, with opportunities to ask questions and get p
 ractical guidance on what the updated requirements mean for your operation

 to attend.\nDay 1 — November 12: Sector Drop-In Sessions\n9:00 am: Intro
 duction to Organic Certification\n\n10:00 am: Organic Apiculture\n\n11:00 
 am: Organic Greenhouse production\n\n11:30 am: Organic Livestock Productio
 n\n\n1:00 pm: Introduction to Organic Certification (repeat from the morni
 ng)\n\n2:00 pm: Organic Food Processing\n\n3:00 pm: Update on the Newly Re
 vised Canadian Organic Standard and Discussion\n\nCome with your questions
  and spend as much or as little time as you need with the appropriate sect
 or experts.\n\nCertifying bodies will be on hand to answer technical quest
 ions about certification\, documentation\, inspections and the certificati
 on process.\nDay 2 — November 13: Field Cropping\nDay two will focus on 
 organic field crop production.\n\nThe session will provide an orientation 
 to the revised Canadian Organic Standard as it applies to field cropping\,
  along with plenty of opportunity to ask questions about certification req
 uirements\, production practices\, documentation and marketing. \n\nGrain
  buyers will also be available to answer questions about markets and selli
 ng organic products. Detailed Schedule TBA. \n\nAnd if you're heading to
