 ABOUT BLAKE:\nBlake Lechkobit is the Manager of Agriculture &amp\; Busines
 s Advisory at MNP Accounting\, and is based on his family farm in Falkland
 \, BC. Prior to working with MNP\, he worked at BMO as their Senior Relati
 onship Manager in Agriculture for the Okanagan and Northern regions.\n\nBl
 ake understands the challenges of farming\, succession\, tax and finance t
 hrough first-hand experience. With a background in business start-up\, Bla
 ke came to the farming world through his wife\, Samantha: he married into 
 her family dairy farm and supported them to scale the business into a comm
 ercial operation. Ultimately\, the dairy operation was sold\, but Blake\, 
 Samantha\, and their two children now run a mixed operation on 80 acres\, 
 complete with 399 layers\, 1\,500 broilers\, 50 hogs\, and 30 cow/calf pai
 rs! Blake is excited to be able to apply his first-hand and professional e
 xperience to his role at MNP\, where he can focus on advising agricultural
  businesses.\nABOUT PASCALE:\nOriginally from Gabriola Island\, Pascale sp
 ent her earliest years climbing hay bales and feeding bottle calves on Som
 erset Farm. After many years spent living in cities large and small\, Pasc
 ale found her way back to farming through food and wine. She worked for fi
 ve years as a winemaker and farm hand in the UK and the Okanagan before in
 itially joining the YA team as a Land Matcher in the Okanagan-Thompson. No
 w as program manager of the BCLMP\, Pascale enjoys supporting Land Matcher
 s throughout the province in their vital work. What Pascale most loves abo
 ut working in land access is connecting with people and supporting them to
  realise their farming goals.\n\n\n
