Food recalls are becoming more common, with new ones issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency on a daily basis. It is critical that operators are equipped to work through the stress of a recall and are prepared to follow steps to mitigate the risk of a recall and lessen the losses which can occur during a food recall incident.
