Stress has become a common household word – like Duct Tape. Many of us are challenged with increasing life demands with family, running kids to activities, volunteering, technology, work, business, aging parents… It seems, the more we do, the more lands on our plate! Add to the mix agricultural emergencies and the effects of the economic downturn. The feeling of overwhelm increases. Sadly, stress can result in relationship challenges – with our spouse or partner, our kids, parents, colleagues, community members, and even with oneself.

Join Carol Ohler for a day of resiliency-building. Explore common-sense, regenerative tools that will allow you to reduce the negative effects of overwhelm, fear, anger, frustration, guilt, shame and other less-than-desired emotions.
