7th Annual Spirit of the Land Conference

The conference will examine ‘storytelling’ and the links between place, space, and the stories we tell and share.

The conference program includes:

  • Alice Major, writer of 12 collections of poetry, and first poet laureate of Edmonton
  • David A. Robertson, graphic novelist and writer and member of Norway House Cree Nations
  • Tenille K. Campbell,  Dene and Métis poet and photographer from English River First Nation
