Agriculture & Agri-food Canada international market intelligence issues free reports to Canadian agriculture and agri-food businesses that wish to know more about global agriculture and food market opportunities by offering customized analysis and forecasts.

  • A November 2018 Report that looks at looks at organic processed food in Italy and shows that Italian customers’ increase demand for high-quality locally produced food has driven demand for organic products, particularly for organic packaged foods.
  • A January 2019 that looks at processed organic food trends in the European Union. Dairy is the top organic sub-category, making 27.6% of all organic products. Germany remains the largest market throughout the EU, however other European countries are showing higher growth rates during the period of 2013 to 2017.
