Learn how to become more effective in managing culturally diverse teams.
Leading and managing teams is not an easy job. In food processing, the cultural diversity and varying language skills of the workforce adds further challenges for supervisors and managers.
Participants will:
  • Apply new tools and approaches to better understand when cultural differences are the root cause of work performance or interpersonal conflict
  • Build better work relationships with and between team members from different cultures
  • Understand why and how to accommodate cultural and religious differences at work while maintaining productivity
