Local Certified Organic Farmers Presenting at Health Street. Farmers will explain differences in production practices from Organic to conventional when it comes to raising animals as well as vegetables and grains. Featuring Brian Luce of Lucends Ranch, who specializes in producing organic grass-finished beef near Ponoka. Learn everything you could possibly imagine about responsible beef production from owner Brian Luce, who is a certified Holistic Farm Management instructor and a true steward of the land. You will also get to hear from other local farmers and get the information you need to get your fall supply of local food. You will even hear from a local Quinoa grower from west of Didsbury!
