NSF International (AFPA’s training partner) has a new approach to the Safe Food for Canadians training for 2019. The HACCP I and II series & SFC series was confusing. As such, we will not be offering the SFCR overview or the SFCR Preventive controls bundle. HACCP I will cover PRPs and Preventive Controls, HACCP II will be tweaked to mention SFCR. A new course description is not yet available. SFCR: Preventive Controls & Traceability will be offered on day 5 of the HACCP I and II training schedule as a bundle (or can be taken separately) & AFPA will offer a 10% saving when you take all 5 days of training.
