A must attend workshop if you are thinking about organic production. This introductory workshop will provide information to help you navigate the transition and certification process, learn about growing and marketing organic grains and livestock, and provide industry contacts and resources you need to get started. Hear reflections from experienced local farmers on organic production and record keeping, and meet Certifying Bodies and Organic Grain Buyers.

Location: Manning Legion Hall

Time: Registration & Coffee at 9:30 am

Workshop from 10 am–4pm with lunch provided

Cost: Members: Organic Alberta/NPARA – $25.00 & non members – $35.00
